Last Friday, Ethan had his 6 month check-up with Dr. Travis... he weighed 16 lbs. 8 oz and was 25 inches long. I think he had a growth spurt! :) He got 3 shots and a good report on his chunky little self!

What else has he been up to lately? He is now officially a side/tummy sleeper, he is ticklish on his tummy, ribs and neck and giggles profusely when tickled there, he loves when his daddy "bocks" like a chicken, he is not a fan of green beans or grilled chicken, and he loves to play with plastic cups!

This month we also had some family pictures taken... here are a few of my favorites.

SIX months already!

Ahhh... I just can't believe our sweet boy is 6 months old already!!! He is such a cutie! At the doctor visit last week he weighed 15 lb. 8.5 oz and was 23.5 inches long. He isn't sitting up too well on his own yet (a few seconds here and there), but he did roll over from back to tummy for the first time on Tuesday to commemorate his 6 mo bday! Such a big boy... Mommy and Daddy (and Molly) love him dearly!!

What's for supper?

Ethan is a little eating machine! So far he has had brown rice cereal, squash, sweet potatoes, and carrots. He wasn't too keen on the squash, but seems to like the others. He has also recently taken an interest in what we are eating/drinking. We went out for wings last night and he was trying to grab my food right out of my hand! The table next to use found that quite amusing :)
